These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by ASAI (“ASAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are provided for general information only and are not legal advice.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Description of services
ASAI provides an AI receptionist service for service businesses. It is designed to answer after-hours and overflow calls, capture lead details, flag urgency, and route clean lead notifications by email, SMS, CRM, or webhook according to a customer’s configured workflow. Features and availability may change over time.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and the call-flow, greeting, and intake details we need to configure the service;
- Obtaining any consents and providing any notices required for the calls and messages handled through the service, including caller and recipient consents where applicable;
- Reviewing captured leads and following up with callers — ASAI supports your team and does not dispatch services or guarantee response on your behalf; and
- Keeping your account credentials secure and your contact and routing details current.
Setup and integrations
We will work with you to map your call flow and configure your greeting, intake script, notifications, and routing. You are responsible for forwarding calls to the service and for the accuracy of the destinations and integrations you configure. Available integration options depend on your systems and will be confirmed during onboarding.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers such as telephony, messaging, hosting, and CRM platforms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of those third parties, and their services are governed by their own terms.
Payments and billing
ASAI is billed as a one-time installation charge (covering setup and configuration of your service) followed by a recurring monthly charge for ongoing use. The exact amounts, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes will be set out in your order, invoice, or service agreement. The monthly charge recurs until you cancel. Unless otherwise stated, the installation charge and monthly fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or otherwise misuse telephony or messaging features;
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems; or
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the services outside the scope permitted by these terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep the services available and reliable, but we do not promise that they will be available at all times. The services may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
No guarantee of revenue
ASAI is designed to help capture leads and reduce missed opportunities, but we make no promise or guarantee about revenue, the number of leads captured, conversion, or business outcomes. Any figures shown on our website, including the estimator, are directional estimates only and not guarantees. Actual results vary.
No guarantee of uninterrupted service
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be answered or captured. ASAI is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for one.
Limitation of liability

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
